• If after purchasing a course you feel that you are unable to understand the material, you may report it within 3 days of purchase and receive a full refund.
• Only the payment gateway commission/charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.

• Refund requests made after 3 days of purchase will not be eligible.

• User Content: Users may submit their content, such as assignments, projects, or forum posts (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant both Lightofy Academy and the course trainer a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, review, and display this content in connection with the educational services. Both the user and the trainer retain rights to their respective contributions in the assignment or project.
